It also occurred to me that if you want to have an experience closer to the 'real thing' you might try pulling that old favorite joke of yours. You know, the 'wo shi xingjiang ren' line. They might just buy it this time. At least the customers that is, guess its too late to fool the employees. You should try to sell it to a paper or a magazine when it's all over. I'm especially interested in how this goes, because it's one of the things I once wanted to do in China, but never got around to.
